On our servers we use Firewall software to control server security.
If you find that you can visit any site other than yours (as well as your webmail, your cPanel), then your IP may be blocked.
This usually happens after you have tried to log into your cPanel or webmail several times and have been unable to do so.

How to check and unblock your IP


Go to your payment account at https://my.ava.hosting/ ,
Go to menu Support -> Unblock IP
https://my.ava.hosting/index.php?m=unblockip 

And you will be able to check and unblock your IP address.
